ABOUT
Golden Ticket Prof
Developed by Dr. Anna Stumpf over years of interacting with students in the classroom and professionals in the workplace, the Golden Ticket concept and mindset helps you recognize and leverage your truth – to be more bold in accessing the resources and people around you to move you forward.
If you’re feeling stuck and unfulfilled in your life, the Golden Ticket is a helpful metaphor to acknowledge your own value and move forward. It’s not a fix-all, but a goal of the Golden Ticket is to figure out what version of your truth you need to realize and maybe develop to fulfill you. Whether this is professionally, personally, academically, or socially, your Golden Ticket can help you learn from others, talk with others, and discover a new or unexpected doorway.
GTP Process and Resources
The Golden Ticket Prof is all about reaching out toward the resources around you. Today, there is an abundance of resources. You’ve got access to any book, podcast, video, social media connection, and the ear of most anyone who you’re willing to reach out to. The answers to your questions are out there, but you’ve got to get curious. Most importantly, you’ve got to get scrappy.
GTP seeks to help you to feel free to explore, find more purpose in your job or side hustle, pursue your hobbies more intentionally, and ask the big questions about your life and career without any pressure.
Employer Checklist
If you are a manager or employer, this checklist is really handy to gauge how well you’re doing with engaging your employees within the workplace. Employee engagement is at an all-time low, and we want to help you inspire employees to care and to feel a part of the workplace culture.
